MY POETRY : NATIVE BORN YET FORGOTTEN by Caroline A. Ward

In this blog I am going to share one of the poems I wrote, normally I don't share these writings with anyone but family. I guess that I have always been a little afraid to share some of my thoughts that I randomly write down. I was asked a few years back to write book of poetry but I never did because of being to shy to let people read something that I wrote.

Carrie, this poem not only captures the idea of the past situation of our native peoples, but of most natives of every land throughout history. It is a shame that mankind tends to take what it wants from the weaker or less advanced rather than sharing what is here. Good post.
